"Track and Bid" allows you to follow the bidding activity on specific lots during an auction and allows you to place interactive and maximum bids.

1. Click on the "Browse Catalogs" button from the menu bar to view upcoming auction catalogs.
2. Select "All Lots" or "Imaged Only" for the auction which is in progress or upcoming auctions.
3. Select the lot(s) that you wish to track by clicking on the lots' "Track" check box. You can also choose a single lot to jump directly into the auction by clicking on the underlined description, or link, of the specific lot, which will take you to the lot's specific page. At this point, you can add the lot to your personal bidding/tracking list by clicking on the "Track this lot" button. In this case, skip to step #7 below.
4. After you have selected all the lots you wish to track for that page, click on the "Track" button to place them into your personal bidding/tracking list. Before you move to another page, you must click on the track button at the end of the page to have the lots added to your personal tracking list.
5. You may continue to choose lots to track from other pages of this auction by clicking the "Next Page" link and beginning the selection and submission process for that page. Similarly, you can navigate to other auctions and select lots from them, up to a maximum of 75 lots into your personal tracking list. You can even add lots to your tracking list through our site's sophisticated search function, available by clicking the "Search Catalogs" button at the top of each page.
6. When you have finished adding lots to your personal tracking/bidding list, click on the "Track and Bid" button from the menu bar to enter an auction in progress, and/or to place Maximum Bids on future auctions.
7. If an auction is in progress, you have the option of interactively bidding by checking the "Next Bid" boxes.  You may also place maximum bids right up until the end of the auction at 10:00 PM ET.
8. When you have made all of your bids, click on "Submit Bids".
9. A confirmation screen will appear, asking you to verify your bidding activity on the selected lots. Click "Confirm Bids" to have your bids recorded.

Please Note:  You may also create your personal bidding/tracking list by manually entering the Auction number and lot numbers.  Just click on the "Track and Bid" button and click on "Add Lots to your List".

LIMITED RETURN POLICY.  Teletrade offers this return policy as a service to its client, however, Bidders who excessively return coins may result in having their bidder account canceled at Teletrade's sole discretion. The Bidder will be notified in writing with a warning prior to account being canceled. Subject to the terms contained herein, any Bidder may return any lot purchased for any reason by shipping the same to Teletrade by Registered Mail within seven (7) calendar days of Teletrade's shipment (evidenced by Bidder's postmark). Upon the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of Teletrade's shipment, all rights of return shall expire and no returns will be accepted. All rights of return will terminate and be void if (a) payment is not made when due, time being of the essence; (b) the returned coins are not housed in their original, sealed and unopened containers in the same condition as when shipped by Teletrade to Bidder; (c) payment by check does not clear on the first deposit; (d) payment by credit card is refused; (e) Bidder has had an opportunity, personally or through an agent, to view the coins; or (f) the coin is offered to the public for re-sale in any manner, whether by auction, online, at a coin show, at retail, or otherwise. In no event does Teletrade refund postage and handling charges, nor does it reimburse Bidders or Consignors for postage used to ship coins to Teletrade. A return handling fee will be deducted from any refund for a returned lot calculated as follows: Five Dollars ($5.00) plus five percent (5%) of winning bids equaling Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) or less; Ten Dollars ($10.00) plus five percent (5%) of winning bids in amounts in excess of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Teletrade does not maintain running accounts for Bidders. Therefore, refunds from previous auctions may not be applied toward the balance due on a current auction.

1. During auction hours DIAL OUR TOLL-FREE BIDDING NUMBER (800-332-5040) and ENTER YOUR ID NUMBER by pushing buttons on your touch-tone keypad. You will then be prompted to enter a security code.

2. The computer will ask you for the first lot number you are interested in. ENTER THE LOT NUMBER on your phone. You will hear the current bid. To move to another lot, enter a new lot number.

3. TO "UP" THE BID, PUSH THE "*" BUTTON (lower left hand button). The bid is automatically raised according to Teletrade's standard bidding increments, as shown below. This is like raising your hand on the floor of a live auction. You do not enter a bid amount.
